If you and me see the seventh day as the Sabbath, and so many "Christians" see it as the first, where does the contradiction come from? There is no contradiction in the Bible, but there definitely is a clear contradiction between
professing Christians who turn their back on the biblical seventh day
Sabbath to keep their
traditional pagan Gentile Sunday, following Roman wolves in sheep's clothing instead of following the Jewish Shepherd and Savior, Yeshua.
Any honest observer sees both the Bible and history testify to the truth of the seventh day
Sabbath, as opposed to
the big lie of Sunday, deceived and/or dishonest "Christians" notwithstanding.
Mark 7:7 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men...
9 He said to them, "All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition."
1 John 2:4-64 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep
His commandments [rather than traditional error], is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
