(IsraelNN.com) Professor Aryeh Zaritsky of Ben Gurion University believes that Yigal Amir, the man convicted for the assassination of former Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin, is in grave danger. “They are going to assassinate Yigal Amir in prison,” he told Arutz-Sheva radio.

Zaritsky is part of an independent investigative committee that is looking into the Rabin assassination. The committee, which bears the name of famed nationalist broadcaster Adir Zik, has concluded that Rabin was not killed by Amir, but rather was murdered as part of a conspiracy meant to malign Israel's political Right.

Yigal Amir's testimony was a critical component of the investigation, Zaritsky said. Amir has spoken to Zik investigative committee member Natan Gefen – an interview that Zaritsky fears will cost him his life.

Of the Gefen interview, Zaritsky said, “Yigal Amir is convinced that his bullets were not the ones that killed Yitzchak Rabin.” The committee has gathered additional evidence indicating that Amir did not kill Rabin, according to Zaritsky.

"There was a conspiracy against the right wing, but something went wrong, they staged the murder of a prime minister and something went wrong,” he continued.

Zaritsky believes that pathological evidence is available proving that Rabin was not killed by Amir, but that the evidence has been covered up by senior state officials. Among those he named as having refused to release information were Attorney General Menachem Mazuz and infamous chief pathologist Professor Yehuda Hiss.

He lamented the fact that even among nationalist Israelis, few openly identify with the Zik committee or its findings, for fear of being delegitimized. “They don't understand that they will always be delegitimized, no matter what their stance” on the Rabin killing, he said.

(IsraelNN.com) Labor party chairman Ehud Barak told tens of thousands at the annual memorial rally for Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin in Tel Aviv Saturday night that "extremists" are a "cancer" and that "we will remove this evil from our midst." Kadima leader Tzipi Livni was also was invited to speak.


President Shimon Peres complained of the absence of "part of the nation that does not see itself as a part of this memorial event," referring to nationalists. National Union Knesset Member Uri Ariel later commented to the media, "When the speakers invited to the memorial event are the head of Labor and the head of Kadima, and when they exploit the opportunity by making political speeches, half of the nation feels excluded and unwanted at the event."

During the rally, which organizers proclaim as a memorial for democracy and peace, signs of Peace Now activists read, "No settler is my brother." Zionist student movement leaders complained that police attacked them and confiscated a sign stating, "End Peace Now's incitement."

The memorial was held on the eve of the 13th year since Herzliya resident Yigal Amir murdered Rabin after a mammoth rally backing the Oslo Accords.

The Foreign Ministry announced the anniversary with a listing of Rabin's biography and "key speeches" by Rabin.

However, it omitted one of his last and most important speeches, the "Ratification of the Israel-Palestinian Interim Agreement,” before the Knesset on October 5, 1995, one month before he was murdered.

Rabin stated in the speech his opposition to a new independent Arab state acting as a sovereign authority inside Israel's current borders. He stated at the time, "We view the permanent solution in the framework of State of Israel which will include most of the area of the Land of Israel as it was under the rule of the British Mandate, and alongside it a Palestinian entity which will be a home to most of the Palestinian residents living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

"We would like this to be an entity which is less than a state, and which will independently run the lives of the Palestinians under its authority."

Rabin also declared, "We will not return to the 4 June 1967 lines. The security border of the State of Israel will be located in the Jordan Valley, in the broadest meaning of that term."

In response to inquiries, nationalist leaders from all factions have distanced themselves from conspiracy theorist David Rutstein who is now claiming that President Shimon Peres was responsible for the Rabin assassination.

Avishai Raviv has never been charged with incitement or as an accessory to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin and has disappeared from sight, undoubtedly just following orders or else.

I was NEVER involved with the extremist Jewish group "Eyal" but had met Avishai Raviv during a Temple Mount Faithful demonstration in Jerusalem when he helped me to protect Gershon Salomon (chairman, Temple Mount Faithful) during Tisha B'Av when the police carried Gershon away from the Mugrabi Gate and dropped him and he hit his head and went unconscious and the throng practically trampled him except for me trying to cover him and shouting at the people to be careful that Gershon was on the ground -- and I'm pretty sure it was Avishai who helped me keep the people from stepping on him.

Howard Grief, an attorney and member of the Temple Mount Faithful, witnessed it all and wrote The Jerusalem Post about it (we both had a letter published the same day: Howard's letter was called "Police Brutality" and mine was called "Discrimination" - The Jerusalem Post, Friday, Aug. 25, 1995).

Before that incident I had met Avishai Raviv in the office of the Temple Mount Faithful when he and someone else came there. He had invited Moshe Weissfish (Gershon Salomon's cousin) and I to his apartment in Hebron, but it was later explained to me that Avishai was a "shtinker" (informer) and that the police wanted to falsely associate the Temple Mount Faithful with such people and how he had even taken it upon himself once in Tel Aviv to have an office on campus with "Temple Mount Faithful" on the door or something like that, which Gershon immediately forbade him upon knowledge of it as he had no authority to do it and did NOT represent the Temple Mount Faithful in any manner, shape or form.

This is what I remember of the agent provocateur Avishai Raviv and his fake group "Eyal."

I might add though that after the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, some female (British?) reporter (probably my age) who knew Nick Day of The Traveller, kept trying to get Avishai's phone number or have me contact him (since she heard I had met him) until I told her I wanted nothing to do with him. She was unrelenting until Nick Day told her to back off. I guess she was his friend or acquaintance.

That was a tactful way of saying I'm a Christian since I knew he personally knew Herbert W. Armstrong and the Worldwide Church of God, including the Plain Truth magazine. Herbert Armstrong had formerly presented him with a gift of Steuben crystal.

I was a volunteer at Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan at the time, in Northern Israel near Haifa. Just so happens Yitzhak Rabin had lived there for over a year in the late '50s.

I initially considered Prime Minister Rabin -- born in Jerusalem -- a traitor for surrendering too much to sworn Arab enemies who had not changed their goal of genocide, only their tactics; for going against clear security concerns he once expressed. (I was in a cafe in Jerusalem when he was shot in Tel Aviv). I refused to attend his funeral, although I had attended the funeral of Meir Kahane, former Israeli parliament member and rabbi, some years before.

Later I found out Yitzhak Rabin was apparently being pressured by the dark powers that be to continue to go against what he knew was wrong and that he resisted and was therefore MURDERED by them for coming to his senses. Shimon Peres came to power over the dead body of Yitzhak Rabin.

I do not believe Yigal Amir murdered Rabin. ( I've met Avishai Raviv several times at demonstrations -- he's the government agent provocateur who goaded Yigal Amir to murder Rabin). Yigal Amir is a patsy, the fall-guy, as is thoroughly expounded upon in Who Killed Yitzhak Rabin? by Barry Chamish, his first book that broached the subject and clearly indicts the traitor and murderer suspect Shimon Peres (whose Hebrew name appropriately means vulture).

I repeatedly condemn Shimon Peres as a kapo of compromise, a prostitute who serves his German-Jesuit EU masters, a traitor who has sold and is selling out Jews, Jerusalem and Israel and say as much in my book Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall.

I am on public record against the perfidy of Shimon Peres and continue to expose him. He was the Bolshevik in charge during my unjust deportation, who was very much aware of an article published in Jerusalem where I expose the EU plans for Jerusalem's occupation.

The Israeli Secret Police (six men interrogated me) had a computer disk with Beyond Babylon on it and said many would read it and examine it during their investigation of me during their wild goose chase. I told them to make sure then Prime Minister Shimon Peres read it.

New evidence further PROVES Yigal Amir did not kill Yitzhak Rabin. It's past time Israelis demand: REOPEN THE RABIN FILE. And now with the release of the Kempler video, many are doing just that!

On Yom Kippur, the former Nazi, Pope Benedict XVI, announced that he would approve Pope Pius XII as a saint. Pius, the Holocaust Holy See, could have done much to stop the slaughter of the Jews if at one Sunday sermon, he had warned the murderers that they would face an eternity in Hell. But he would no more do that than the popes would have warned their monasteries that enslaving and working to death millions of American Indians was a crime against his God.

His apologists insist that a fascist gun was put to his head during the war, so somehow, he was innocent of the charges of aiding genocide. These same apologists have no answer to the post-war Vatican ratlines, which saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of Nazis by hiding them in Vatican monasteries, providing them with fake passports, and liberating them worldwide. Yes, Pius knew and approved.

Everyone, but one in Israel, objected to Benedict's plans to raise the butcher pope to sainthood. Unfortunately, the one who did not object was Pres. Shimon Peres. He was too busy planning the pope's visit to Israel for that.

And then, on Nov.4, the anniversary of the Peres' murder of Yitzhak Rabin, the Vatican will be mending its ties to the Moslems in Rome:

At a special Mass on Thursday marking 50 years since Pius' death, Benedict praised his wartime predecessor's actions to save Jews and called on Catholics to "pray that the cause of his beatification goes forward smoothly."

The Queen should know, as if her intelligence services hadn't already told her, the Israeli public is well aware that Peres knocked off Rabin. November 4 is fast approaching and two phone calls from Israel this week tells the public's story.

Caller one had just watched Israel's most popular reality show, Big Brother. A favored contestant spelled out Rabin's murder in great detail down to the one bullet too many and the murder of Rabin's bodyguard in his limousine. Another contestant broke down in tears hearing it. "It was your book exactly," the caller excitedly said.

The next caller was just as thrilled by a two page report in Makor Rishon 17/10/08. The paper interviewed Ami Meshulum, whose father Rabbi Uzi Meshulum worked to bring Peres to trial for his role in kidnapping 4500 Yemenite babies and toddlers to America, to die in ghastly atomic experiments in the 1950s when Sir Shimon was head of the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission. Ami, who I had met at age 11, ran to Canada recently because of threats to his life by the secret services, the Shabak. "They showed me a film of them with Adir Zik, warning him to stop the Rabin research. Then they showed me him getting injected with cancer because he wouldn't shut up. That was my message to escape Israel or I'd be next."

" You were right about Zik all along," exclaimed the caller. Like I didn't know. And no one is telling my story about being in America against my will because I'd be dead any other way.

Queen Elizabeth II is expected to bestow an unusual honor on President Shimon Peres in a few weeks, and name him a knight in her order.
Peres is to be awarded the title, regarded as the United Kingdom's highest honor, for his contribution to world peace and the relationship between Israel and the UK.
Peres is expected to leave for an official presidential visit in Britain on November 18. When in London, he is slated to meet with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Foreign Secretary David Miliband.

The highlight of Peres' visit will be a speech before both houses of the British Parliament – the House of Lords and the House of Commons.

Efforts to have President Shimon Peres "knighted" during a visit to London next month may have been set back by premature publication of the move, Foreign Ministry sources said Thursday.
Yediot Aharonot, under a headline "Sir Peres," reported Wednesday that Peres was expected to be appointed an honorary knight by Queen Elizabeth II in appreciation of his contribution to peace efforts in the Middle East and to furthering Israeli-British ties. While admitting that the embassy in London was working on the issue, the sources said that revealing these efforts prematurely could lead anti-Israeli forces in Britain to try to scuttle the idea.

Queen: For thy boundless energy in assassinating cruel enemies like Rabin, Sharon and Zeevi, for working tirelessly to divide Jerusalem, and for subjecting a generation of your Sephardic subjects to humanistic atomic experiments, I do proclaim thee, Sir Shimon, Knight of the Royal Bounds.

Teacher Who Refused to Glorify Rabin - Reinstated Once & For All

(IsraelNN.com) An 8-year-old political-legal saga has ended, with a court decision on Sunday forcing the Education Ministry to reinstate a teacher who criticized Yitzchak Rabin and the "Rabin Legacy."

The Jerusalem District Court ruled on Sunday that a previous Education Ministry decision not to allow the teacher, Yisrael Shiran, to teach is null and void.

The story began in October 2000, a few weeks after Palestinian Authority terrorists began the Oslo War, when Shiran circulated a letter calling for a change in the upcoming commemorations of the 5th anniversary of Rabin's assassination. He wrote that because Rabin was the chief authority responsible for the situation in which Israel found itself, and had caved in and given weapons to the enemy, "the Education Ministry must stop commemorating the so-called 'Rabin Peace Legacy.'"

Shiran concluded, "We will under no circumstances agree that a man who gave war materials to the enemy that stands upon us to destroy us should be one about whose legacy, path and character we must commemorate." Shiran condemned the actual murder, writing that his call comes "despite the great shock at the very act of the repulsive murder, which should be discussed and condemned!"

With the encouragement of then-Tourism Minister Yuli Tamir - a former Peace Now founder who currently serves as Education Minister, Shiran was immediately suspended from the school in which he taught. However, he turned to the courts, where he was ultimately vindicated and awarded compensation from the Education Ministry.

Another Round, A Year Ago
A year ago, once again the Education Ministry - and specifically, the head of the Haifa District, Aharon Zebeida - informed the Parents Association of the Moriah Barkai School in Haifa that it could not employ Shiran as a teacher in its school.

The parents and Shiran promptly filed suit, and District Court Judge David Heshin handed down his ruling yesterday, once again exonerating Shiran. The judge also ordered the Education Ministry to allow Shiran to work, and to pay Shiran 30,000 shekels in damages plus legal costs.

Most significantly, Heshin implied that the only reason Zebeida sought to prevent Shiran from working was his resentment at Shiran's earlier court victories over him.

"It is hard to avoid the conclusion," Judge Heshin wrote, "that the true reason for the refusal to employ Shiran is connected with the 'Rabin story' [of 2000]."

Attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, who represented Shiran and the parents, summed up as follows:
"This is a clear victory of individual rights over the narrrow political interests of powerful figures in the Education Ministry. This courageous legal ruling prevents the top Education Ministry officials from persecuting a person and harming his dignity and ability to earn a living because of his beliefs. The court also showed that Yuli Tamir, who started this witch hunt [nearly eight] years ago and backed the Education Ministry's decisions, can no longer continue her policy of silencing [those with whom she does not agree]."

Normally, I never write about me. It's not what my people want to hear. But bear with me this one time. I've had a busy fortnight. On May 20th I was in Phoenix to tape two tv shows. Two weeks later I was in Santa Clara for America's biggest conspiracy conference.

Before I left for Phoenix I had a disagreement. I vehemently refused to give over a room of our home so a fifteen year old girl could cohabit with her 16 year old boyfriend.

Now my Orthodox Jewish readers will have fits, but I was invited by a messianic organization, Jewish Voice, to film two 18 minute shows. The rabbi was so taken with my interview that he permitted me to film two 36 minute segments. He was not afraid to find out from me that his reality of Israel needed readjusting. We spoke at length about the Rabin and Sharon removals by Shimon Peres, about the rivalry between the Council On Foreign Relations and the Vatican over who could corrupt the most influential Israelis into selling out the land, and about the abuse of the IDF in a not-so-secret war against the religious Israelis.

To conclude the show he noted that God would take care of Israel. I shocked the audience by saying, "Don't bet on it. Unless the Jews rise up and ask God to support them, Israeli Jews might well suffer the fate of Europe's Jews during the '40s. God works when we work."

The discussion continued over dinner when we finally hit the kidnapping of the Yemenite children and the irradiating of 108,000 Sephardic children of the '50s in the ghastly atomic experiment to supposedly eliminate ringworm.

Now what mainstream Jewish rabbi will discuss even ONE topic that I spoke all evening about in Phoenix? Is there even ONE honest rabbi in America willing to present me to his congregation and start talking about actually saving Israel from the murderous mafia running the joint? I haven't found him.

As for me, I just want to be treated fairly and the Jewish Voice were totally decent to me, paying my flight and hotel and selling my books and DVDs to their audience, which, as far as I could tell, were Christians searching for the Hebrew roots of their faith. No one tried to convert me to their faith and they let me talk my truth. And now this congregation knows it.

When I returned home, the apartment was cleaned out and a note left: Come join us in our new home.

Picking me up from San Jose Airport was my old and faithful correspondent Patrick Bailey. The first statement he made at lunch was, "My understanding of the American Jews is that there is a hierarchy who would support your work..." I stopped him. "Don't bother to go on," I said. "I'm blackballed by the Jews. If you say one word of truth about Israel, you're an anti-semitic enemy. It doesn't matter that I support Israel's self-defence, if you say Peres knocked off Rabin and Sharon, you are not welcome in their synagogues."

But I was welcome at Conspiracy Con. I can thank the radio host, Dr. Stan Monteith who has generously let me tell Israel's under-truth on his show for a year. One after another people came up to me to say they never miss a Dr. Stan program that I'm on. And sitting opposite my table, there was a Dr. Stan. We met for the first time and for me, anyway, he lived up to all my expectations.

Some 500 people attended the conference and I poured my heart into my Rabin murder speech. It was very well received. And I was surrounded by old friends like Dr. Bill Deagle, Eric Phelps, Ari Goldberg, Jim Marrs etc. et al. Now this was a very different crowd. At our panel, one question asker explained that she was fighting the new world order by meditating against it.

Yup, that'll do the trick. And as for unreality, I counted two speakers who insisted that Ron Paul was still in the presidential fight. He just wasn't getting attention in the media.

My summation to the crowd at the panel session was, "For those who think Israel could cut a deal with the Arabs, the peacemakers arranged to have the country surrounded by 100,000 missiles. Israel cannot win an all-out missile war. As for voting, don't. You have a choice between the husband of Michelle Obama, of the Council On Foreign Relations and McCain, the son of Cain, of the CFR. It makes no difference who wins. There is one way out. Join a bowling league and try to improve your average."

Once again, the week of the 12th of the Hebrew month of Cheshvan has become a time of public controversy as the country commemorates the murder of former Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin.

The memory of the 12-year-old murder, to which Yigal Amir confessed and of which he was convicted, has opened old wounds and bad blood between the Israeli left and right.

Left-wing spokesmen continue to refer to the widespread right-wing protests against Rabin's policies prior to the murder as "incitement to violence." This, despite the following:

• Amir was, by his own admission, self-motivated. In a video of his police interrogation, screened on national television Monday night for the first time, Amir clearly states that he first conceived of the idea of killing Rabin when the Oslo Declaration of Principles was signed (Sept. 1993).
• Right-wing leaders clearly said that violence was not acceptable in fighting the Oslo process.
• Most importantly, several incidents of anti-Oslo incitement before Rabin's death were actually instigated by the General Security Service (Shabak) itself, with the purpose of discrediting and shaming the right-wing camp. For instance:
  • The Shamgar Commission, which investigated the Rabin assassination, found that nationalistic and religious elements were "specifically harmed by Shabak agent-provocateur Avishai Raviv's provocations." In what some saw as a major understatement, the commission concluded that "his GSS handlers could not have been able to ignore this."
  • Avishai Raviv admitted, shortly after the murder, that he had staged a swearing-in ceremony for young Jewish members of the "Eyal" militant movement so that it could be shown on television. The ceremony was screened twice on national TV, and brought great criticism upon the nationalist camp. Israel's Media Watch (IMW) filed a complaint with the police against the reporter, proving from the unscreened footage of the ceremony that it was clearly and obviously staged, in violation of the law forbidding public servants from performing acts of trickery and breach of trust. However, the police closed the case - as it did for nearly 20 other cases which involved Shabak agent Raviv.
  • The famous "Rabin in SS Nazi uniform" poster: TV broadcaster Nitzan Chen testified to the police that it was Raviv who provided him with a copy of the poster at a Jerusalem anti-Oslo protest, and later verified that the poster would be shown on the evening news. Protestors denied seeing the poster on display at the rally.
  • Raviv took "credit," in the name of his fake Eyal organization, for the murder of an Arab in Halhoul - though the killing was later found to have been committed by an Arab.
  • Former IMW chairman Yisrael Medad notes that "90% of the so-called right-wing incitement screened by the media at the time featured none other than GSS agent-provocateur Avishai Raviv," whose government-paid job it was to stir up precisely that type of trouble.

Despite his 1992 election promise not to negotiate with Yasser Arafat's PLO terrorist organization, Rabin gave guns and Israeli land to Yasser Arafat in exchange for promises of peace.

The Foreign Ministry has released, in honor of the anniversary, copies of several speeches delivered by Rabin, including his acceptance of an Honorary Doctorate from Hebrew University in June 1967 following the Six Day War (Rabin had been the IDF Chief of Staff during the War); at the signing of the first Oslo Accord at the White House on Sept, 13, 1993; at the signing of the Israel-Jordan Peace Treaty on Oct 26, 1994; his acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize, which he shared with Shimon Peres and Yasser Arafat, on Dec. 10, 1994, and at the Tel Aviv "peace" rally just moments before he was killed on Nov. 4, 1995.

Opposition to Palestinian State and Concessions in Jerusalem
However, a speech Rabin delivered in the Knesset in October 1995, in which he opposed the formation of a Palestinian state - a stance he repeated on several occasions - was not released. In that speech, Rabin also spoke of his vision for a united Jerusalem: "These are some of the changes that we see and want in the final status agreement: First and foremost, a united Jerusalem, including Maaleh Adumim and Givat Ze'ev, as Israel's capital... a security border for Israel's protection in the Jordan Valley, in the broadest sense of this term... the inclusion of Gush Etzion, Efrat, Beitar [south of Jerusalem] and other communities."

At last year's memorial session in the Knesset, Prime Minister Olmert quoted a passage from the above speech by Rabin: "There are not two Jerusalems. There is only one Jerusalem. As far as we are concerned, Jerusalem is not a matter for compromise."

Former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who also quoted the above passages in a Knesset speech in memory of Rabin in 2003, added that Rabin's wife Leah told him on her deathbed, "with her last remaining strengths, 'Arik, isn't it true that Yitzchak would never, ever have ceded in Jerusalem?' Knowing Yitzchak Rabin for many years, even with our differences regarding Oslo, I answered Leah, 'I am certain he would never have ceded in Jerusalem.' This was our last talk; two days later, she passed away."

Memorial Ceremonies
The official memorial ceremonies for Rabin began on Monday at the Rabin Center with the participation of the IDF General Staff. Ceremonies are to be held at the President's Residence in Jerusalem with the participation of Jewish and Arab students, and at the Ramat HaSharon Tennis Center. On Wednesday, the 12th anniversary of the killing, ceremonies are to be held at the Prime Minister's Office and Mt. Herzl, and a special Knesset session will be dedicated to Rabin.

On Friday, a group called the Peace Guards will convene at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv, at the site where Rabin delivered his final speech before being killed. On Saturday night, a large rally and main ceremony will be held in his memory.

Education Minister Yuli Tamir, a founding member of extremist left-wing Peace Now, has asked the leaders of the striking teachers to allow the teachers back to work for just one day so that they can take part in memorial ceremonies to take place in schools. "It is a matter of utmost educational importance to have a framework in which the students of Israel can learn the ramifications of this day," Tamir said.

Video Promoting Amir's Release
A video has been circulating calling for the life sentence of Yigal Amir to be shortened, to enable his release at some time in the future. Many MKs and others have condemned the call; Binyamin Netanyahu, for instance, said that as Prime Minister, he would ensure that Amir never be released from prison.

Nationally-famous pop singer Ariel Zilber, who has aligned himself with nationalist causes of late, appears in the film. He later explained to Army Radio that he sees no reason to treat Amir any differently than any other murderer - "especially in light of the wholesale manner in which Palestinian terrorists and would-be murderers are released from prison... And I'm not even sure that Amir killed Rabin; there are many serious question marks about the whole story. Mistakes have been made in the past and people have sat in jail for nothing - and if it turns out that Amir really wasn't the murderer, who will apologize to him?"

MK Ophir Pines (Labor) responded, "These are people who will stop at nothing to advance their interests. I expect the entire right-wing in Israel to condemn with a clear voice this atrocious initiative." Even MK Zevulun Orlev, the leader of the National Religious Party, said, "It is known that behind the campaign to free Amir are disturbed people, who cause the greatest damage to the religious public and towns in Judea and Samaria."

Rabin and Oslo
It remains a matter of debate whether Rabin was in the midst of changing his mind about the Oslo process he began when he was assassinated. Despite this, renowned attorney Yoram Sheftel recently said that with all the talk of the Rabin Legacy, the "true Rabin Legacy, as far as I'm concerned, is the murder of 1,500 Jews with the weapons given [by Israel to] the terrorists during the implementation of the Oslo Accords."

Questions Remain; 28% of Israelis Say Amir Didn't Kill Rabin

(IsraelNN.com) A poll published by Maariv, Israel's second largest daily, this week shows that 26% of the Israeli public supports allowing Yigal Amir, who was convicted of the 1995 murder of Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin, to leave prison in 2015.

Even more striking is the finding that 14% of Israelis - and 38% of the religious public - believe that Amir should be immediately pardoned.

On the other hand, 59% of the public, and 32% of the religious public, believe Amir should never be released from prison.

Release for the Brit?
Nearly a third of the populace feels Amir should be allowed out for a few hours when his future baby son is expected to undergo his brit milah, ritual circumcision in approximately one month.

MK Yaakov Cohen of the hareidi-religious United Torah Judaism party said he understands why so many people would like to see Amir out of prison: "True, he did something very grave, but if hundreds of murderous terrorists can be released, then we have to rethink it. If everything is open, then everything is open."

Later, after being accused of favoring a pardon for Yigal Amir, MK Cohen clarified, "I, personally, am against releasing Yigal Amir. I meant that it is understandable why some would think otherwise. Whoever murders another Jew, and especially a Prime Minister, must remain in prison until his last day."

Did Amir Kill Rabin?
The question of whether it was Amir who murdered Rabin is still a matter of national debate. Nearly half of the religious public (46%), and well over a quarter (28%) of the public at large, believe that Amir was not the culprit.

Though the Shamgar Commission found that Amir, working alone, was the murderer, many questions have been raised against the official version of the killing. These include:

• Why did the lone video of the assassination, the Kempler video, focus in on Amir for so many minutes prior to the killing?

• Why was Amir allowed to stand, unguarded and by himself, in the area that was supposed to be sterile, as documented in the Kempler video?
• Why, in the Kempler video frame released by the government, does Amir's arm appear to be several feet long? And why is his left arm seen shooting, when he is right-handed?

• How is it that an eye-witness to the event, Miriam Oren, was filmed at the site telling reporters emphatically and repeatedly, "I saw that Rabin was not hurt"?
• How did Rabin's armored car back door close (7:18 min. into the Kempler video) as the car prepared to speed away, with Rabin inside, if no one else was in the back seat, as the car occupants later testified?
• Why was Rabin's wife, the late Leah Rabin, told at first that the entire incident was just an exercise and a fake? Why was she told in advance not to travel with her husband? [source: Ha'olam Ha'ishah magazine, Issue 193, November, 1999, page 21]
• Why was the call, "Blanks, blanks!" heard when the shots rang out? Why did the Shamgar Commission not determine who shouted this?
• Why was the assassin not killed immediately?

The last three questions have been asked publicly by Rabin's daughter, former MK Dalia Rabin-Pilosoph. Rabin's son Yuval has also raised doubts about the official version, even demanding the re-opening of the investigation into the murder. Promulgators of the "conspiracy" theories - which are now believed by no less than 28% of the Israeli public, the Maariv poll shows - have also raised the following points:

• Why did then-Health Minister Dr. Ephraim Sneh say on television that night [45 seconds into video below] that Rabin had been wounded by bullets to the chest, stomach, and spinal cord, when in fact the video shows that Amir fired from the back? [Click here if you cannot see Sneh video below]

• Why did the Director of Ichilov Hospital Dr. Gabi Barabash, who was in the operating room when Rabin was treated for his wounds, say on national TV [55 seconds into video below] that Rabin suffered from a wound to his chest, when Amir was seen firing from behind? Rabin assassination researcher David Rutstein notes the contradictions in the number of bullet wounds, where Barabash says only two wounds - one to the chest and one to the spleen - while Sneh counts three wounds, including one in the back. Rutstein says the third bullet wound mentioned by Sneh "was just put there after Rabin was already dead in order to match all the eyewitness accounts which stated that Yigal Amir shot Rabin in the back." Rutstein emphasizes that after their initial, live screenings, the Sneh and Barabash videos were never again aired on government-controlled media, despite their historic significance.

• Why did the three doctors who operated on Rabin submit, in their handwritten medical report [see picture below], that Rabin suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, when Amir was seen firing at Rabin only from behind?

• Why did security guard Yoram Rubin testify before the Shamgar Commission that Rabin was shot at 9:50 PM, when in fact Yigal Amir was arrested at 9:30 PM?

• Why did Rabin's driver, Menachem Damti, testify before the Commission and at Amir's trial that he drove to Ichilov Hospital in less than two minutes, when the ride actually took over 20 minutes? Could this question be connected to the previous one?

• Why did Rabin's top aide Eitan Haber destroy evidence? He told the Commission that he took Rabin's possessions from Ichilov Hospital, and later told the Jerusalem newspaper Kol Ha'ir that on the same night he cleaned out Rabin's filing cabinets at the Prime Minister's office.

• Why did official State Pathologist Dr. Yehuda Hiss remove the mention of a chest and spine wound from the autopsy report, when in fact all the other doctors there, including Gutman, Sneh and Barabash, reported that Rabin died of a shattered spine with bullet entry through the chest?

• Why did the chief judge at Yigal Amir's trial, Edmond Levy, dismiss the testimony of police forensics expert Inspector Baruch Gladstein, who proved categorically that one gun shot was fired into Rabin at point-blank range - about a half-meter closer than Amir ever got to Rabin?

The late Adir Zik, Arutz-7's popular broadcaster who waged a long struggle to uncover the truth behind the Rabin assassination and the campaign of incitement against the nationalist campaign that followed it, often said that his main objection to the official version was the behavior of the guards. He said that from his conversations with members of the VIP bodyguard unit, he knew they were trained to shoot immediately if a gun is drawn in the immediate vicinity of the VIP.

"VIP bodyguards told me," said Zik, "that if, through some foul-up, an assassin were to fire one shot, he would be filled with bullets long before firing a second. How is it possible that Amir was able to get off not only two, but three shots, without being felled by the guards?" He concluded that they had been instructed previously not to shoot - and that this could only be if it was coordinated in advance that the "assassin" would in fact be firing only blanks.

My enemies (if you don't have any, God is your enemy), knowing that I've written that the mosques must go - the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aksa mosques - have falsely accused me of being in a plot to destroy those beautiful abominations! It's the serpent up to his old tricks, telling half-truths and mixing it with outrageous lies. I did tell the GSS (Israel's Secret Police like the former East German Stasi) that I was thankful for the opportunity to clear the air and answer any questions. I didn't want to incriminate myself in any way - and they did try to entrap me - but I also didn't want to deny Christ the opportunity to testify before them (Mark 12:13).

All the while during my six and a half hours of interrogation, I prayed only to speak what God would have me to say; nothing more or less (Luke 20:12-19). I did clearly warn them that the "peace" process is a trap; that it's about to blow up in their faces, and that a German-led Europe is going to wage a new crusade to enforce the Vatican's version of peace. Catholic Europe will backstab and betray both the Arabs and the Jews. They'll push for Jerusalem to become "an international city" (Zech. 14:2), all under the cover of UN Resolution 181.

I maintained that the only explosives that I'm involved with is the bombshell I've written, Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall. I continually referred them to it, stating that's where my beliefs are on public record (John 18:20). (Later I gave them a computer disk with my book on it to assist their alleged investigation). I told them I know that Israel won't take God's warning seriously, any more than those Jews who spurned Jabotinsky's efforts to save them from Hitler. (Ze'ev Jabotinsky warned the Jews of Hitler's fury but they thought he was just crying wolf). Nevertheless, God will intervene and save us after our worst time of suffering, and every survivor in Jerusalem will be holy.

A growing debate among gun owners is whether or not the gun allegedly used to assassinate Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin could have shot blanks.

All have viewed the Kempler video of Yitzhak Rabin murder in Tel Aviv and have come to different conclusions.

If you know anything about guns, feel free to weigh in on this gun debate.

Here are two views:

1)

Cut it OUT, Already! We have PROVEN that your claims are impossible.

1. It was impossible that Amir fired blanks, since blanks will not operate his pistol.

2. Ballistic tests proved that the bullets extracted from Prime Minister Rabin came from Amir's gun and no other.

3. Ballistic tests also proved that the cartridge cases found on the scene were fired from Amir's gun and no other.

These are more than sufficient to disprove your preposterous claims that someone OTHER than Amir shot Rabin.

Depending on what type of blank is used, an automatic pistol may or may not work after the FIRST shot.

Basically, the pistol's carriage goes back to allow another cartridge to enter the firing chamber using a small amount of the power generated by the firing of the powder of the previous bullet.

The carriage and that includes the firing chamber as well as the rifled tube, barrel, which the bullet travels through on its way out, are easily moved by hand on pistols that require that for the first shot. "Cocking". Other pistols are motivated by the trigger mechanism.

I have owned or fired several guns and tried at one time or another blanks and in some cases the pistol locked and in other cases the pistol worked normally. DEPENDING FOR THE MOST ON THE AMOUNT of powder used to load the cartridge and type of powder. The amount of energy delivered to both the bullet and the carriage depends on those things.

Compare it to a piston on a car's engine. If you put LOW OCTANE gasoline the power generated by the igniting gasoline will be low, if in turn you put HIGH OCTANE gasoline that will increase and if you add nitro or sugar then that mixture will deliver a huge increase on power and of course cause to blow a piston as well... LOL

I observed the "flare" coming out of Amir's pistol at the time he fired upon Rabin. The welding torch like flare I saw was huge indicating either a very light bullet or no bullet in the shot. The flare escaped forward as if there was no bullet using the energy... Also shows that the type of powder use was not the most modern either.

BOTTOM LINE Unless that pistol is tried by experts, not with the government or involved on the case, using blank cartridges, there is almost certainty that the pistol could have fired blanks. Before the test firings the pistol MUST be disassembled and checked thoroughly to ascertain that no component has been tampered with. ALL components and dimensions must be checked against the gun manufacturer's drawing and specifications beforehand.

Since the Amir cartridges have been fired, there is no way to assure that the test will repeat the actual shots. Being hand loaded, anyone could have used different loads on those shots and the ones remaining. In fact the remaining cartridges are worthless for any action leading to ferreting the truth.

With all due respect to the fellow in the denial trail, there are many experts on firearms other than those suspects working with the SB's, that of course meaning the Shin Bet, not the other thing, :-).

BULLETS EXTRACTED FROM RABIN Ballistic tests are easily tampered with. A thousand and one ways. Again lets do some basic review on how its is done. A bullet traveling through a gun's barrel accepts a "signature" from the mechanical condition of the barrel, rifling marks, barrel distortions, etc. It then enters the target and is in most cases grossly deformed by the impact/s. It is not difficult at all to fire again that pistol against a dummy and generate samples comparably similar to those extracted from Rabin, or claimed to have been extracted from him. Going into basics. Another team of investigators must do the testing.

My LITMUS test is predicated upon the fact that the criminals in government here have been repeatedly involved on tampering with evidence, fabricating files, performing frame ups, ordering and effecting murders, participating on torture, conspiracies, etc.

Something or a lot is fishy on that murder. Besides the timing and use of it that followed.
