The government of Rodriguez Zapatero wants to leave as a legacy of his presidency of the EU a strong foundation on which to lay the foundations of a lasting peace between Israel and the Palestinian National Authority and, ultimately, the creation of a new state and the first step towards achieving that end will be a summit that the President will have with leaders of Arab countries involved in the peace process to be held next autumn in Cairo.

Anyone interested in preserving Israel must watch every Vatican move. Their policy is the removal of Jews from their, Catholic, holy land. The one author who teaches this lesson better than anyone else is former British Intelligence officer, Avro Manhattan. His book, The Vatican's Holocaust, tells the gruesome tale of the Catholic takeover of Croatia in 1941, leading to the church today. It shows that the Vatican never gives up on its goal. It ignited a war against the Serbs in 1991 and got its independent Catholic Croatia back with the ghastly help of US and NATO troops.
And what country was the first to recognize the new Croatia? None other than Germany, home to the Wermacht volunteer pope, Benediction the 16th, who has been fighting all year to have his Holocaust pope, Pius XII turned into a saint.
But look who also supported Croatia. I wrote this at the time of the war against the Serbs:

Shall we recall that against all sentiments in the country, the Israeli government supported Croatia over the Serbs? It even sent Yossi Sarid to Sarajevo to assess the scene. He ran home crying when he found out that he could get hurt there.

THE CRIME:

vii - During the existence of Croatia as an independent Catholic state, over 700,000 men, women and children perished. It's as if one third of the American people were exterminated by a Catholic militia. They were executed, tortured, died of starvation or were burned to death. Catholic padres ran the concentration camps and Catholic priests were officers of the military corps which committed such atrocities.

22- The objective of the systematic crimes of murder, torture, pillage and wholesale massacre was nothing less than the total extermination of all non-Catholic elements in the new state.

35 - When the Nazis left Croatia, the Ustashi multiplied their atrocities based on the total elimination of the Orthodox Serbian population via forcible conversions, expulsion and straightforward massacres...To solve the problem, a policy directed at the swift elimination of the non-Catholic population was adopted and promptly set in motion.

38 - The "Pit Of Death" was reserved for those Serbs who challenged their convertors. The camp, run by the Franciscan Monk, Father Filipovic, equalled in horrors the Dachau Concentration Camp...The Ustashi ordered them to dig their own graves. This done, their hands were tied behind their backs and they were all pushed alive into their graves...There was a decision to cremate people alive by pushing them alive into the fire already alight there.

45 - Italian soldiers took pictures of the Ustashi wearing two "necklaces." One was a string of cut-out eyes, the other of torn tongues of murdered Serbs...Bets were made as to who could liquidate the largest number of inmates. Franciscan Peter Brzica cut the throats of 1360 prisoners with a butcher's knife. He was elected King of the Cut-throats.

62 - The massacres were often carried out by Catholic priests claiming to be followers of Christ and representatives of a Church trumpeting to the four winds that she preached universal love.

87 - Father Srecko Peric advocated mass murder with the following words: "Kill all Serbs. First of all, kill my sister who is married to a Serb and then all Serbs. When you finish come back to the church and I will confess you and free you from sin."

THE JEWS:

33 - The Ministry of the Interior issued the following decree: "All Jews and Serbs residing in Zagreb must leave the town within 12 hours. Any citizen found to have given the shelter will be immediately executed on the spot.

57 - The Catholic Press was especially skilful in sowing the seeds or religious hatred towards and Serbs, racial hatred towards the Jews, and hatred for Yugoslavia.

88 - At least 850,000 citizens of Yugoslavia, including, 30,000 Jews perished.

52 - To mention only two: Luke Avramovitch, former Member of Parliament, and his son, were both crucified and then burnt in their own home in Mliniste.

THE SAINTLY POPE

31 - Pope Pius XII solemnly blessed the whole Ustashi delegation. ..They were, above all, the representatives of the newly born Independent Catholic State of Croatia, a political creature ruthlessly promoted by that most malign of all its conceivers, the Vatican.

95 - The Vatican was well informed of what was going on inside Ustashi Croatia. Not only because the Catholic Hierarchy sent the Pope regular reports, but because the Pope had his own personal representative there, Mgr. Marcone. In fact, he was the spokesman not only of the Croatian Hierarchy but equally of Pope Pius XII...He knew of the atrocities and horrors taking place. He was aware of the wholehearted participation of the clergy in the wholesale massacre of thousands of Orthodox Serbs. All these things he faithfully reported to Pope Pius XII.

119 - Pope Pius XII, therefore, let the horror in sealed Croatia takes its course to the very end.

128 - After Archbishop Stepinac received 16 years imprisonment, Pope Pius XII ordered the excommunication of all those who had taken part in the trial. All received a solemn Catholic guarantee of eternal damnation in genuine Catholic brimstone and inextinguishable internal fire.

THE CHURCH

63 - The official policy of the Catholic Church had promoted the horrors which soaked the historical land of Croatia into a sea of blood.

88 - Indeed, it was the premeditated policy of the Catholic Hierarchy acting on behalf of its true inspirer, the Vatican...For the mass murderers carried out by individuals appareled in clerical garb truly were instigated from the archiepiscopal palaces of the Catholic Hierarchy...Not a single member of their clergy was ever called to account by them. Not a single priest was ever punished, suspended or unfrocked by them.vi - They are the most damning proof that the Catholic Church, notwithstanding all her alleged liberalization, fraternization and up-to-dateness, basically, has not changed an iota.

Avishai Raviv was an Israeli government agent provocateur (whose code name was "Champagne" for the bubbles of incitement he created to tarnish the right-wing Israelis) who goaded Yigal Amir to assassinate Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin (although this is hotly disputed by investigative reporters like Barry Chamish) and created the fictitious right-wing group, Eyal.

Avishai Raviv has never been charged with incitement or as an accessory to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin and has disappeared from sight, undoubtedly just following orders or else.

I was NEVER involved with the extremist Jewish group "Eyal" but had met Avishai Raviv during a Temple Mount Faithful demonstration in Jerusalem when he helped me to protect Gershon Salomon (chairman, Temple Mount Faithful) during Tisha B'Av when the police carried Gershon away from the Mugrabi Gate and dropped him and he hit his head and went unconscious and the throng practically trampled him except for me trying to cover him and shouting at the people to be careful that Gershon was on the ground -- and I'm pretty sure it was Avishai who helped me keep the people from stepping on him.

Howard Grief, an attorney and member of the Temple Mount Faithful, witnessed it all and wrote The Jerusalem Post about it (we both had a letter published the same day: Howard's letter was called "Police Brutality" and mine was called "Discrimination" - The Jerusalem Post, Friday, Aug. 25, 1995).

Before that incident I had met Avishai Raviv in the office of the Temple Mount Faithful when he and someone else came there. He had invited Moshe Weissfish (Gershon Salomon's cousin) and I to his apartment in Hebron, but it was later explained to me that Avishai was a "shtinker" (informer) and that the police wanted to falsely associate the Temple Mount Faithful with such people and how he had even taken it upon himself once in Tel Aviv to have an office on campus with "Temple Mount Faithful" on the door or something like that, which Gershon immediately forbade him upon knowledge of it as he had no authority to do it and did NOT represent the Temple Mount Faithful in any manner, shape or form.

This is what I remember of the agent provocateur Avishai Raviv and his fake group "Eyal."

I might add though that after the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, some female (British?) reporter (probably my age) who knew Nick Day of The Traveller, kept trying to get Avishai's phone number or have me contact him (since she heard I had met him) until I told her I wanted nothing to do with him. She was unrelenting until Nick Day told her to back off. I guess she was his friend or acquaintance.

MY BUSY LATELY by Barry Chamish

Normally, I never write about me. It's not what my people want to hear. But bear with me this one time. I've had a busy fortnight. On May 20th I was in Phoenix to tape two tv shows. Two weeks later I was in Santa Clara for America's biggest conspiracy conference.

Before I left for Phoenix I had a disagreement. I vehemently refused to give over a room of our home so a fifteen year old girl could cohabit with her 16 year old boyfriend.

Now my Orthodox Jewish readers will have fits, but I was invited by a messianic organization, Jewish Voice, to film two 18 minute shows. The rabbi was so taken with my interview that he permitted me to film two 36 minute segments. He was not afraid to find out from me that his reality of Israel needed readjusting. We spoke at length about the Rabin and Sharon removals by Shimon Peres, about the rivalry between the Council On Foreign Relations and the Vatican over who could corrupt the most influential Israelis into selling out the land, and about the abuse of the IDF in a not-so-secret war against the religious Israelis.

To conclude the show he noted that God would take care of Israel. I shocked the audience by saying, "Don't bet on it. Unless the Jews rise up and ask God to support them, Israeli Jews might well suffer the fate of Europe's Jews during the '40s. God works when we work."

The discussion continued over dinner when we finally hit the kidnapping of the Yemenite children and the irradiating of 108,000 Sephardic children of the '50s in the ghastly atomic experiment to supposedly eliminate ringworm.

Now what mainstream Jewish rabbi will discuss even ONE topic that I spoke all evening about in Phoenix? Is there even ONE honest rabbi in America willing to present me to his congregation and start talking about actually saving Israel from the murderous mafia running the joint? I haven't found him.

As for me, I just want to be treated fairly and the Jewish Voice were totally decent to me, paying my flight and hotel and selling my books and DVDs to their audience, which, as far as I could tell, were Christians searching for the Hebrew roots of their faith. No one tried to convert me to their faith and they let me talk my truth. And now this congregation knows it.

When I returned home, the apartment was cleaned out and a note left: Come join us in our new home.

Picking me up from San Jose Airport was my old and faithful correspondent Patrick Bailey. The first statement he made at lunch was, "My understanding of the American Jews is that there is a hierarchy who would support your work..." I stopped him. "Don't bother to go on," I said. "I'm blackballed by the Jews. If you say one word of truth about Israel, you're an anti-semitic enemy. It doesn't matter that I support Israel's self-defence, if you say Peres knocked off Rabin and Sharon, you are not welcome in their synagogues."

But I was welcome at Conspiracy Con. I can thank the radio host, Dr. Stan Monteith who has generously let me tell Israel's under-truth on his show for a year. One after another people came up to me to say they never miss a Dr. Stan program that I'm on. And sitting opposite my table, there was a Dr. Stan. We met for the first time and for me, anyway, he lived up to all my expectations.

Some 500 people attended the conference and I poured my heart into my Rabin murder speech. It was very well received. And I was surrounded by old friends like Dr. Bill Deagle, Eric Phelps, Ari Goldberg, Jim Marrs etc. et al. Now this was a very different crowd. At our panel, one question asker explained that she was fighting the new world order by meditating against it.

Yup, that'll do the trick. And as for unreality, I counted two speakers who insisted that Ron Paul was still in the presidential fight. He just wasn't getting attention in the media.

My summation to the crowd at the panel session was, "For those who think Israel could cut a deal with the Arabs, the peacemakers arranged to have the country surrounded by 100,000 missiles. Israel cannot win an all-out missile war. As for voting, don't. You have a choice between the husband of Michelle Obama, of the Council On Foreign Relations and McCain, the son of Cain, of the CFR. It makes no difference who wins. There is one way out. Join a bowling league and try to improve your average."

Who is Barry Chamish?

Well, my fine readers, I made the headlines in Israel again. I lost the following "legal" action:

Barry Chamish, owner of several internet websites, was ordered Thursday by the Magistrates’ Court to pay extreme right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir NIS 36,000 (about $10,000) for referring to the latter as a Shin Bet agent on one of his sites.

Magistrates' Court Judge Oded Shaham ruled that this statement is libelous in nature, and ordered Chamish to pay Ben-Gvir the aforementioned sum in damages.

According to the court's verdict, on April 15, 2005, Hamish published an article on his website entitled "Eskins Folly".

In the aforementioned article, Hamish stated that "Ben Gvir is clearly …a Shin Bet agent, a provocateur. He had committed criminal offenses so many times over…. He is on trial every other month but is always acquitted on some technicality…" Several additional articles in this vane are furthermore quoted in the verdict.

Judge Shaham noted that "these publications portrayed Ben-Gvir as a dishonest and dangerous man. Ben-Gvir was deemed a traitor to his right-wing cause in these articles, and was even accused of committing fraud.

"Some of these articles indicate that Ben-Gvir, while apparently opposed to the Gaza pullout, worked actively to thwart all opposition to the disengagement, and others even stated that he convinced a man to stone an innocent bystander to death. All of these assertions undoubtedly constitute libel."

In reaction to the verdict Ben-Gvir stated, "I have no doubt that some of the malicious rumors circulating about me originated from Shin Bet, and were designed to cause rifts and arguments.

"I never, however, stopped working on behalf of the Jewish people and the ;and of Israel, irrespective of how hard the Left has tired to stop me."


What should be known is I didn't even fight this case. I knew it was lost in the rigged world of the Israeli court system. I found out how crooked the courts are while fighting Avigdor Eskin. After losing the case, as is my right, I submitted an appeal based on another trial where Eskin told the court that, "I have worked for the Shabak." Two witnesses, attorney Dov Even-Or and my lovely girlfriend at the time, Zippora, watched me take the court files to be notarized and submit the appeal to the judge. And they watched the judge flaunt Israeli law by refusing to accept my right to appeal. I knew then that I was supposed to lose and all legal avenues would be employed to defend a state agent.

In my last months in Israel, I reported that Sharon was poisoned just before his stroke and then, I had a stroke. This was followed by time-wasting and expensive law suits and concluded with a car "accident" that almost killed me. I ran for my life and if police snitch Ben Gvir expects to see even a dime from me, it won't ever be in Israel. I don't accept the Israeli courts as legitimate houses of justice, nor do I accept the Israeli government as the rightful rulers of the Jews. In that cuckoo land, calling someone an agent of the secret services is libelous and writers can't present objective facts lest they feel the wrath of the Mafia's courts. ( see those facts at the end of the article).

Israel wanted to shut me down, so I join the ranks of Jonathan Pollard or Tzaviya Sariel who have been bitterly punished by exposing how rotten the rulers of the place truly are. So, I can never go home anymore.
Big deal! Read an attorney's summation of my trial:

Dear Barry.

I wanted to share some thoughts about your case involving Itamar G'vir.

No one will ever know who is truly Shabak. Shabak is not compelled to openly identify themselves as the accusers in cases against Jews.

Facetiously, a person never arrested is sure to be Shabak (G'vir?) but then a person frequently arrested may also be Shabak (to be jail shtinker). So then who is really Shabak?

Now since truth is a complete defense (in civilized courts) to libel and slander, if G'vir is Shabak and you could prove it, you should be exempt from damages. But it is "legally" impossible to prove this in an Israeli court given the secrecy of the secret service. This defense was never available to you.

More puzzling, since Shabak is "godlike" in Israel (their allegations in court are infallible) how can it be actionable to call someone "Shabak?" Wouldn't such an identification be praiseworthy? Shouldn't you then be entitled to a reward or bonus?

To add to the confusion , the Courts of Israel traditionallly don't give damages for the loss of the reputation of a "right wing extremist" nor extract them from a left wing Bolshevik. Rabbi Meir Kahane was called a "Nazi" (contrary to law). His cause of action for damages was dismissed. Kastner, the capo, was judged "defamed" and paid a perutah in damages.

How could it happen that Barry Chamish was compelled to pay damages to Itamar G'vir reputed to be a "right wing extremist" for labeling G'vir "Shabak"?

This conclusion comes to mind.
The government of Israel wanted to discredit Barry Chamish.
The government of Israel wanted to make Barry Chamish appear to be unworthy of belief.
The government of Israel wanted to punish Barry Chamish for revealing uncomfortable
truths.
The government of Israel wanted to make it expensive for Barry Chamish, or any others to speak freely and critically.

To do this, the Issurreal government used the power of its corrupt courts to intimidate and silence individual freedom.

Nonetheless, in light of the revelation that the PLO is tunneling under the Holy Mount, I'd like to give my faithful readers at least a clue as to why.

Let us begin with a compelling history of the Knights Templar written by two Freemasons, Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas, called The Second Messiah. Summarized is their history of the organization:

The Templars were a poor chivalric order which disdained materialism until their arrival in Jerusalem in the early twelfth century on a papal crusade. Eleven knights dug under the ruins of Solomon's Temple for nine years and hit paydirt. Under the Temple Mount the Templars discovered a network of tunnels where the Jewish priests hid their treasures from the marauding Romans in 70 AD. The knights not only uncovered some of the gold and silver described in the Copper Scroll of the Dead Sea Scrolls but the records of the first Jerusalem church of Christianity. This according to Knight and Lomas is precisely what they went digging for.

The first Bishop of the Jerusalem Church was Jesus' brother James. He was aided by Jesus' other siblings, five brothers and two sisters. After the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and dispersed the Jews, James and his family fled to France, a fact confirmed by the bestselling book Holy Blood, Holy Grail. These descendants of the holy Davidic line had the wherewithal to gain wealth throughout Europe and buy vast properties. Over time they constituted a good chunk of European royalty.

While professing whatever religion the state demanded, first worshiping the pantheon of Roman Gods and later papal Christianity, they secretly practised the Christianity of the early Jerusalem church. These descendants of the priestly line, now called themselves Rex Deus, and passed on their traditions throughout the royal courts of Europe where they ruled. The original Celt church was founded by the Rex Deus, and St. Patrick of Ireland was a Jew. Other Rex Deus included the Habsburgs, the Stuarts of Scotland and today's King Juan Carlos of Spain, who includes among his titles, Protector Of The Holy Places Of Jerusalem.

The Templars returned from their Crusade with vast wealth uncovered under the Temple Mount and initiated a monumental building program in Europe, which ultimately resulted in the construction of over 250 castles and Gothic churches. They now challenged the papacy for political control of Europe, yet the usually jealous Vatican allowed their power to grow unabated. Knight and Lomas insist this is because the Templars had a huge advantage over Rome.

According to their version of events, the Knights uncovered the original records of the Jerusalem Church and they proved that the Vatican was not practising Christianity as its founders intended. For example, a pope with exclusive rights of divine interpretation was not part of G-d's plan. If the scrolls were made public, they would jeopardize Rome's legitimacy.

In the fourteenth century, the French king known as Philip the Fair coordinated a purge of the Templars in coordination with the Holy See. Their properties were seized and their leader, in fact the last Templar leader, Jacques de Molay was brutally tortured by crucifixion until he confessed to the alleged sins of his Order. He survived the first round of torture and a linen cloth was placed over him to absorb his blood and keep him warm. This cloth became known as the Shroud of Turin and the authors arguments for this claim are superbly grounded in fact.

A group of Templars led by the St. Clair clan escaped the French siege by ship and landed in Scotland, a safe port since it was ruled by the Rex Deus member, Robert the Bruce. It must be noted that at his death, Robert the Bruce's heart was transported to Jerusalem for burial. Two versions of what happened to it exist. The first says the deliverers of the heart were captured in Spain, the second insists they made it and the heart lays buried in Jerusalem to this day.

According to Knight and Lomas, the French Templars brought with them the damning scrolls from under the Jerusalem Temple Mount and built a chapel in Rosslyn, near Edinburgh to house them. The chapel, built by William Sinclair (1415- 1482), which exists today, was built according to the specifications of the Herodian Temple and an exact duplicate of the Western Wall was constructed alongside it. To hide their now-banned Templar roots, the Knights formed a new organization, Freemasonry, whose rites were precisely those set down in the scrolls recovered from beneath Jerusalem's Temple Mount.

Scottish rite Masonry spread throughout Europe and according to Knight and Lomas, much to the chagrin of the Vatican. In their version of events, in 1717, the pro-Catholic Hanoverian dynasty took over the British crown and ordered vast changes in Masonic rites. The 33 Scottish degrees were reduced to just four in the new English rites and all the secrets within the Jerusalem scrolls were eliminated from lodge ceremonies. However, other writers share a different version of events, insisting the Templars and the Vatican remained partners throughout their public trials. F. Tupper Saussy in his excellent book, Rulers Of Evil writes:

"On March 22, 1312, Clement V dissolved the Knights Templar with his decree Vox clamantis. But the dissolution proved a mere formality to further appease Philip (the Fair). More importantly, it permitted the Templars, in other manifestations to continue enriching the papacy...A subtle provision in Vox clamantis transferred most Templar estates to the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. In Germany and Austria, the Templars became "Rosicrucians" and "Teutonic Knights." Six centuries later, as the "Teutonic Order," the Knights would provide the nucleus of Adolph Hitler's political support in Munich and Vienna."

There is no question whatsoever that the Vatican wants Israel off the Temple Mount and that the Israeli leadership is accommodating its desire. But the PLO has plans of its own. By the summer of 2000, they began digging under the Temple Mount in earnest. Originally they claimed they were simply expanding a mosque under Solomon's Stables, beneath the Damascus Gate of Jerusalem's walled Old City. However, the huge mounds of earth and artifacts from the Second Temple that were being dumped in nearby wadis betrayed a much more extensive plan.

On January 26, 2001, the Israeli government's television outlet, Channel One, broadcast a video clip secretly filmed under the Shrine of Omar, the 7th century Islamic building which may have been deliberately constructed over the Holy of Holies, the most sacred prayer room of the ancient Temple. The video revealed a new and massive tunnel aimed directly at the most sacred core of Solomon's and later, Herod's Temples.

The PLO is after not only the treasures buried beneath the Temple to deplete their morally and financially bankrupt regime of terror but must be looking for more scrolls that can be used to blackmail the Vatican and thus get their way in world diplomacy. This is why PM Barak is willing to cede the surface on the Temple Mount to the PLO but insists on keeping Israeli sovereignty below ground.

The Vatican is terrified that the Jews will uncover the truth under the Temple, whatever it may be. It is essential for them that Israel is removed from the Holy Mount. And they are not alone in this desire.

On Jan. 4, 2001, Colin Grant published a full front page article in the Glasgow Sunday Post. He revealed that the Knights Templar, as descendents the Davidic line believe they have the right to reclaim the Temple Mount as their true heritage:

"A spokesman for Militi Templi Scotia, the Scottish Knights Templar admitted to the Sunday Post, 'We are currently involved in an attempt to remove control of the holy sites from the Israeli government. We believe they should be administered by the United Nations and are working with the UN and NATO to achieve that goal.'"

A secret Medieval battle over the Temple Mount is being conducted in Israel today and unless it can be stopped, this skirmish has the potential of dragging the whole planet into war.

Once there were three primary protest groups in Israel. There was The Yesha Council, which was nothing more than a tool of the government. Those who know my writing will recall Council head Benzi Liberman testifying at the trial of Avigdor Lieberman that he worked with the police to keep protesters far from Gush Katif. And who will ever forget his partner Pinchas Wallerstein ordering protesters to sap their energy by sleeping outside the Knesset in tents in the midst of Jerusalem's January snowstorms?

Then there was Zo Artzeinu, which gathered tens of thousands of protesters to block roads in the late '90s. Then magically, its leader woke up one morning and told his adherents to stop the actions and join the thoroughly corrupt Likud Party. Of course, maybe 1,500 actually took his advice and Feiglin himself was prevented from ever actually sitting in the Knesset. The big boys, Binyamin Netanyahu included, had enough dirt on him to get him to betray his followers.

And that left just one, The Women In Green, which had only enough appeal to, at its best gather, perhaps, a couple of hundred activists to its events. But it was NOT a tool of the rotten governing forces deliberately destroying the country. And today, they are the only protest group left in the land.

For years I have written its leader, Nadia Matar, and begged her to quit wasting her time demonstrating against Israel's crooked leaders and instead, make any representative of the Council On Foreign Relations afraid for their lives to come to Jerusalem and further corrupt Israel's mafia rulers. On Wednesday, Sept. 19, she finally cooked up a march against the CFR's Condeleeza Rice, who showed up at Ehud Olmert's Sugar Shack for Din-Din.

GUESS WHO'S COMING FOR DINNER?

Nadia had a nasty message that simply ruined Condi's meal: "The Prime Minister and Condoleezza Rice are planning, in a secret manner, to give away Judea, Samaria and the Temple Mount and the establishment a Palestinian Nazi State there," Matar told Israel National TV. "The public has learned that we were much too delicate last time. We will not allow it this time. We will not obey and we will not stand down in the face of this treachery."

Now nobody interferes with the culinary etiquette of Condoleeza. Her digestive juices are much too delicate for that. So after the meal, and following a mild, peaceable protest with barely 100 participants, the enraged Ehud sent in his police dogs and arrested Nadia. And brutally at that. Nadia still doesn't know the brutal facts even after the near massacre at Amona, the two dozen suspicious deaths of Yesha rabbis and political leaders, the testimonies against the mad dog police by the likes of Yedidya Weinberg and many others. In fact, she doesn't even recognize my story of exposing Sharon's "stroke" after drinking tea with Shimon, Ugh, Feh, Peres and being taken to the hospital by the bodyguard, Yoram Rubin, the same Rubin who murdered Yitzhak Rabin. After convincing over half of Israel's Jews of the facts of the Rabin coup, someone didn't want me inspecting Sharon's demise too closely. Right after Sharon's stroke, I had mine. I survived, so one night I was invited to a party in a remote location where a rent-a-car almost killed me. And the police wouldn't release my file to me, my lawyer or my insurance company. It has had devastating effects on my family, but I ran from Israel to save my life.

I was on a hit list and wouldn't survive much longer in Israel. And now, so is Nadia Matar. She ruined Condi's meal. And Condi's organization has plans for the Middle East and they kill anyone who gets in their way.

The same CFR waging war on Judaism is destroying Iraq and Afghanistan and are now eyeing Iran. And if anybody dares to see too much and start talking...kaboom. The Arizona Cardinals lost their lineman Pat Tillman. He was placed on the permanent injury list after being fragged by US officers afraid he would lead an anti-war campaign. Three shots to the head from ten feet away! He was executed once while standing, while the two coup de grace shots took place while he was on the ground, already dead.

Seven soldiers serving in Iraq wrote and signed a NY Times op-ed against the war they were fighting. That was in August. By September, two were dead in a truck accident, while a third suffered a nasty wound to the head.

The CFR is mad, mad, mad. And Nadia ruined Condi's dinner in Jerusalem. Her followers must guard her against car crashes, diseases, sudden suicides, opportune terrorism, whatever will look like an accident. For her courage, she is now on the list.

At the end of our Women in Green vigil, when most people had already gone home, I stayed with some 15 friends and activists who were going to help Anita and myself put back the placards and the flags into my car. Starting to walk to my car, friends saw policemen coming closer and closer to me. They immediately realized the police was trying to get me but were waiting for the supporters to leave. I am still moved to tears thinking about those wonderful friends who immediately surrounded me to protect me and said: we are not leaving before we make sure you are OK. A heavyset policeman told me: Nadia, I demand you join me at the police station. I asked him why: What did I do wrong? He answered: That we will discuss later. I order you to come with me to the police station, otherwise we will take you by force. I told him I wanted to call a lawyer to discuss what my rights are.

with Yossi Beilin. He asked Beilin what security guarantees

and asked him much the same question.
They reported, and it was in the papers, that he replied:
"The IDF will leave. The PLO will come in.
And I promise we will do our best to take care of the wounded."

· Peres was even more blunt.
During the election campaign in the spring of 1996,
he was in Gush Katif. He and his entourage learned
that since Oslo, the Jewish population of Gaza
had increased by more than 15%.
His people were taken aback because they expected
the Jews to leave. Peres is quoted by Zvi Hendel as saying,
"A few good massacres and they will leave."

(IsraelNN.com) Yedidya Weinberg, a young activist, has accused policemen of beating him while he was in police custody. Weinberg was arrested shortly after reaching the ruins of Homesh in the northern Shomron. According to Weinberg, when he refused to identify himself in the Ariel police station, police threw him to the floor, stepped on his head and knees, and threatened to break his fingers.

Weinberg was later taken before a judge, who ruled that he should never have been arrested. Traveling to Homesh is not a crime, the judge said, basing his verdict on earlier rulings.

"At 7am we were near Homesh when border guards arrived and captured us. They put us into jeeps. They said for each of us to take off his packback, and they tried to burn and cut the backpacks' straps. In the end they didn't succeed and took us as we were. They never presented an order that the area was a "Closed Military Zone". They didn't inform about delays or arrest. (They reported that the arrest was at 8 and they had all day to take us to court and they didn't do this.)

We were taken to the police station in Ariel. In the station they wanted to photograph us. We refused to be identified or to be photographed and we requested that they show us proof that it is permissible for them to photograph or take fingerprints. I hid my face with my hat. Three or four policement threw me on the ground. And a borderguard watched us. One of their names was Gil Deshe and the name of another policeman was Tzvi Gelder they began to hit me. They stomped on my head with their knees and their shoes. They bent my hand backwards, the borderguard choked me and in the end succeeded to photograph me with the borderguard choking me and my hand being pulled down backwards.

"At this same time there was present Yehudit Ben Gal, an investigator who investigated me. At first she was inside the room, then she left and heard me yell at them to stop hitting me. Then they tried to take fingerprints which had nothing to do with the investigation.
Then they took us to a testing instrument to find out if we were on the list (a "touch-morph" or something like that).

I refused to give fingerprints. They bent my left hand, the investigator bent my finger and threatened to break it. He didn't have an ID tag and wore a triko shirt. Finally they succeeded to take my fingerprints by force. Afterwards they searched my backpack and put us into a holding cell. They suggested that we would be released if we agreed to some conditions and we refused. They took us to investigation with Yehudit Ben Gal. In the investigation I didn't want to say anything how could I rely on an investigator who witnessed the violence perpetrated on me and didn't react. How could I talk after being beaten and I stuck by the right to be silent.

"And then they put me into a cell. We were held one night. Only in the morning did we go before a judge. In court they said we trespassed on the law of the "Hitnatkut" [Disengagement] and the "Closed Military Zone". The Judge cut them off and screamed at the complaintants: "How is it that you bring here prisoners when the "Law of Hitnatkut" is not any more in effect and has no bearing? And as for a "Closed Military Zone" you have not produced here any Order for a Closed Military Zone.

"You have not produced any maps showing that they were arrested at all in Homesh (and indeed they were arrested in Bakra). And even if they were in Homesh how are YOU able to be there as the army said it had "Hitnatak" (cut-off) from there, so how can it be a "Closed Military Area"? Analysis of the attributes of this law is needed." He accused the police of false arrest and accused the police for not bringing the prisoners there a day beforehand.

"I want to add that they wanted to impose upon us limiting conditions, and get photos and our fingerprints. They wanted to photograph me again because the first time borderguard who was choking me was in the picture and they wanted to replace it.

"I'm stunned that the border guards who took us from the field were more respectful of us than the police at the station under working conditions in spite of the fact that we didn't trespass on any law."

"It is important that the public know that the police in Israel infringe on the law and beat people in secret. They have no real right to prevent people from dwelling in Eretz Yisrael and return to the homes they lived in before the expulsion."

These 7 guys told the whole truth and nothing but the truth about what was really going on in Iraq. It was negative against what our leaders and talking heads are peddling to us.
Anyway, now 2 (OMAR MORA, YANCE T. GRAY) of those 7 have been killed in Iraq and a third (JEREMY A. MURPHY ) has a critical, life threatening injury. I cannot calculate the statistical odds of 3 out of 7 meeting such a fate, but it is astronomical. So astronomical that a normal person who ask in their mind, could they have been hit to retaliate for that New York Times Op Ed piece."

Viewed from Iraq at the tail end of a 15-month deployment, the political debate in Washington is indeed surreal. Counterinsurgency is, by definition, a competition between insurgents and counterinsurgents for the control and support of a population. To believe that Americans, with an occupying force that long ago outlived its reluctant welcome, can win over a recalcitrant local population and win this counterinsurgency is far-fetched. As responsible infantrymen and noncommissioned officers with the 82nd Airborne Division soon heading back home, we are skeptical of recent press coverage portraying the conflict as increasingly manageable and feel it has neglected the mounting civil, political and social unrest we see every day. (Obviously, these are our personal views and should not be seen as official within our chain of command.)

(AP) The mother of an Army sergeant who died in a Baghdad vehicle accident weeks after writing a New York Times op-ed critical of the Pentagon's positive assessment of the Iraq war said Wednesday she wants the Army to explain his death.

"I want to know all the details of how he died. I want to know the truth," said Olga Capetillo, whose 28-year-old son, Sgt. Omar Mora, died Monday. "I don't understand how so many people could die in that accident. How could it be so bad?"

July 26: "Army medical examiners were suspicious about the close proximity of the three bullet holes in Pat Tillman's forehead and tried without success to get authorities to investigate whether the former NFL player's death amounted to a crime, according to documents obtained by The Associated Press... The doctors- whose names were blacked out- said that the bullet holes were so close together that it appeared the Army Ranger was cut down by an M-16 fired from a mere 10 yards or so away. The documents show that a doctor who autopsied Tillman's body was suspicious of the three gunshot wounds to the forehead. The doctor said he took the unusual step of calling the Army's Human Resources Command and was rebuffed. He then asked an official at the Army's Criminal Investigation Division if the CID would consider opening a criminal case. 'He said he talked to his higher headquarters and they had said no,' the doctor testified.
"Army attorneys sent each other congratulatory e-mails for keeping criminal investigators at bay as the Army conducted an internal friendly-fire investigation that resulted in administrative, or non-criminal, punishments.
"The three-star general who kept the truth about Tillman's death from his family and the public told investigators some 70 times that he had a bad memory and couldn't recall details of his actions.
"Also according to the documents, investigators pressed officers and soldiers on a question Mrs. Tillman has been asking all along. 'Have you, at any time since this incident occurred back on April 22, 2004, have you ever received any information even rumor that Cpl. Tillman was killed by anybody within his own unit intentionally?' an investigator asked then-Capt. Richard Scott..." (story)

Shimon Peres loves a trip to Rome to visit The Colosseum, The Forum, the great cafes but most of all, he loves to visit his boss, the Pope. After he poisoned Ariel Sharon into a comatose zombie, he took over the Number Two spot in his party, Kadima. And just six days after Kadima took over the Israeli government, he flew to Rome to visit the holy padre, or as he calls him, papa.

Now, as the new Presidente of Israel, his first diplomatic trip abroad will be to Rome to get his last marching orders from the big don, Papa.

But at this personal newsgroup, we have wonderful news. A talented Jerusalem filmmaker captured my two hour speaking evening, The Vatican's New Crusade Against Jerusalem. How can little old us beat the army that "defeated 5 arab armies?" Wrong Tamar. This is a despised army that a ragtag bunch of 1000 Hizbollah "fighters" fought to a standstill last summer. Anyone can beat them if they wanted to. And that statement will be proven correct when the Arabs bombard Israel with tens of thousands of missiles next week or next year. And the saddest commentary of all. Prof. Hillel Weiss ran from Hebron, tail between his legs. This was the grand old prof who went on Israeli tv in 1997 and said I was right; Yitzhak Rabin WAS murdered in a government plot. He was a hero of Rabin truth and was almost a hero in Hebron. He was filmed telling the IDF operations commander, Col. Yehuda Fox, that he hoped his wife would soon be a widow, a feeling many shared with him.

But after his daughter was forcibly removed from her Hebron home, he had a change of heart and apologized to the old Fox, making the next expulsion so much simpler.

Avishai Raviv, Eyal, and Yitzhak Rabin

Avishai Raviv was an Israeli government agent provocateur (whose code name was "Champagne" for the bubbles of incitement he created to tarnish the right-wing Israelis) who goaded Yigal Amir to assassinate Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin (although this is hotly disputed by investigative reporters like Barry Chamish).

Avishai Raviv has never been charged with incitement or as an accessory to murder of Yitzhak Rabin and has disappeared from sight, undoubtedly just following orders.

I was NEVER involved with the extremist Jewish group "Eyal" but had met Avishai Raviv during a Temple Mount Faithful demonstration in Jerusalem when he helped me to protect Gershon during Tisha B'Av when the police carried Gershon away from the Mugrabi Gate and dropped him and he hit his head and went unconscious and the throng practically trampled him except for me trying to cover him and shouting at the people to be careful that Gershon was on the ground - and I'm pretty sure it was Avishai who helped me keep the people from stepping on him.

Howard Grief, an attorney and member of the Temple Mount Faithful, witnessed it all and wrote The Jerusalem Post about it (we both had a letter published the same day: Howard's letter was called "Police Brutality" and mine was called "Discrimination" - The Jerusalem Post, Friday, Aug. 25, 1995).

Before that incident I had met Avishai Raviv in the office of the Temple Mount Faithful when he and someone else came there. He had invited Moshe Weisfish (Gershon Salomon's cousin) and I to his apartment in Hebron, but it was later explained to me that Avishai was a "shtinker" (informer) and that the police wanted to falsely associate the Temple Mount Faithful with such people and how he had even taken it upon himself once in Tel Aviv to have an office on campus with "Temple Mount Faithful" on the door or something like that, which Gershon immediately forbade him upon knowledge of it as he had no authority to do it and did NOT represent the Temple Mount Faithful in any manner, shape or form.

This is what I remember of the agent provocateur Avishai Raviv and his fake group "Eyal."

I might add though that after the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, some female (British?) reporter (probably my age) who knew Nick Day of The Traveller, kept trying to get Avishai's phone number or have me contact him (since she heard I had met him) until I told her I wanted nothing to do with him. She was unrelenting until Nick Day told her to back off. I guess she was his friend or acquaintance.
